Help after crime for young people

You & Co is Victim Support’s youth programme that helps young people cope with the impact and effects of crime. You don’t have to report the crime to the police to get support from us.

Types of crime

There are lots of different types of crime. Nearly everyone will be affected by crime at some point in their lives and you can also be affected by more than one type of crime.

Coping with crime

For a lot of people experiencing a crime can be scary, upsetting, and shocking; it can make you feel afraid, angry, alone, and can affect every part of your life.

Going to court

If you have seen or heard about a crime, or been the victim of one, you may have to talk about what happened at court.
