Jobs

Victim Support is committed to supporting and promoting equality and diversity and to creating an inclusive working environment. We believe having a diverse workforce at all levels allows us to represent the communities we serve and connect better with people affected by crime. We believe this can be achieved through attracting, developing and retaining a diverse range of staff from many different backgrounds. We have been a Stonewall top 100 employer since 2010 and placed highly in our sector in addition to being recognised as a ‘Top Trans employer’. We have also been ranked #39 of 100 organisations by the National Centre for Diversity.

To find out more about what equality, diversity and inclusion means at Victim Support visit our dedicated equality, diversity and inclusion page where you can access our EDI policy, EDI strategy and information about our staff and volunteer EDI networks.

Each year we have around 300 job opportunities in England and Wales, in both frontline offices and supporting areas. In frontline jobs you work directly with victims, witnesses and volunteers. In supporting jobs, you work in areas such as bid writing, policy and research, fundraising, communications, information systems, human resources and finance.

Our people are motivated by team work, our values and our vision. We strive to deliver the best services to the community while you build your career with us. We offer a range of benefits, a flexible working environment, and opportunities for training and development.
